We listen carefully to your wishes and requirements, and during this conversation we would like to introduce you to our product; Ikafox.

2. Ikafox demonstration

We introduce you to our Website Management System, Ikafox, and explore how our platform fits your needs. If Ikafox does not fully connect, we are happy to discuss the possibilities for customized solutions. Integration with other systems is not a problem.

3. Set up quotation

After the interview, we make a detailed offer, which takes into account all the aspects discussed. Our usual work model is project-based, but we can provide additional options for any additional work needs, which are settled on a post-calculation basis. The maintenance of content is also possible.

4. Start of the project

As soon as you agree with our offer, we will start developing your project. We work in clear stages and keep you regularly informed of the progress. Your feedback is invaluable to ensure we deliver on your expectations or even exceed your expectations!

5. Satisfaction is our goal

We will continue to work together, taking your feedback seriously and making any adjustments. We continue working until you are satisfied with the end result.

6. Delivery of product

Once the product is completed to your satisfaction, we will make it available online. From that moment on, the subscription is started and invoiced annually. We remain available for service and support.
